  Be careful about sending your child here. While the teachers are nice, the leadership does not look out for your child. And while they have cameras in the room, they are very aware of which areas you can see on the camera and will simply move your child out of that area when they want to do something they don't want you to see. When my child started demonstrating typical 1 year old aggression (that he only did at this daycare) I found out their answer was to leave him restrained in a highchair for 30 to 40 minutes at a time the majority of the day. When I questioned this I was told by the director "I'm the one who told the teachers to put him in the highchair because we don't have enough staff, and I"m sorry but I can't allow them to put him where you can see him on the camera because technically what we are doing is bending the rules and we would get in a lot of trouble if the state were to see what we are doing." This is not the type of attitude that I want in charge of my child! I pulled him and we have not been back. By the way, he is doing great in his new child care!!
